Our spice rubs are a simple mixture of herbs and spices. They are best used to marinate meat, fish or Vegetables before cooking – and it’s a good idea to do this well in advance to impart the flavour fully! For the best results, and an authentic Naked Indian experience, once the food has been marinated cook using a ‘dry’ cooking method such as grilling or barbecuing. Oven cooking is also an option, but if you follow this method always try to finish on a grill or barbecue to achieve the “char” effect.
